Meet Deanna Ward, Founder & Principal Consultant of Lean Forward Group.
More than 30 years
close to the work.
Deanna brings a background in plant management, operational excellence, process improvement, and Lean manufacturing. She builds SOPs and training programs that connect improved processes with the people responsible for using them.
Her experience includes planning, buying, and quote coordination at Parker Hannifin / Vansco Electronics, and value-stream leadership in Parker Hannifin’s Hydraulic Division. That work spans Kanban, Plan for Every Part systems, production sequencing, changeover reduction, warehouse improvement, Kaizen, and 5S.
Deanna has participated in Lean Boot Camps, Kaizen events, and structured training alongside Parker Lean Leaders and Harris Lean Systems. These are elements of her career experience; Lean Forward Group is an independent business.
Through Lean Forward Group, she helps manufacturing teams understand their constraints, put practical improvements in place, and develop the capability to sustain them.
